AcroYoga Camp-Out......a fun time for all!

AcroYoga combines the fitness and play of acrobatics, the healing and movement of therapeutics, and the balance and connection of yoga.
Families, kids, and ALL LEVELS are welcome. We offer beginner to advanced classes during every workshop block to cater to a variety of needs and abilities. You only need to bring your camping gear and an open heart. We will take care of the rest. Please leave drugs, alcohol, pets, glass, and fire at home.

When you sign up for this adventure, you're opening yourself up to a unique experience full of play, laughter, and community. The acro community is a special one, as it has to be when you touch someone's feet within moments of meeting them.

What is provided at each camp-out:

All meals are provided (all meals are vegetarian, created by the incredible chefs at Breitenbush Hot Springs Retreat Center). There will also be a stocked snack bar, a tea and coffee station, and filtered water for filling up water bottles.
Morning and evening workshops with offerings for all levels, jam time, handstand classes, morning yoga classes, swimming, and an open stage night.
A space to set up your tent and camping gear.
